In order to register for any programs, you must first submit the 2012-2013 Registration Form AND the 2012-2013 Forms Packet:

Completed forms and payments can be mailed to KIDS' CLUB, 12 Mudge Way, Bedford, MA 01730 or dropped off in the payment box outside the KIDS' CLUB office. If paying by Mastercard or Visa, and you already have your credit card information on file with the Recreation Department, you may fax your registration forms to KIDS' CLUB at (781) 275-4882.
