Assessed values for the Town of Bedford real properties reflect the Certified Values approved by the Massachusetts Department of Revenue for Fiscal 2012 (July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2012) and are the basis for Fiscal 2012 real estate tax rates. These assessed values are based on sales from calendar 2010.
