The Administration Division is responsible for the management of the entire Public Works operation, which includes fiscal budget control, capital improvement planning and project management, utility billing, and engineering services. The Administration Division also administers all refuse and recycling programs and contracts. During FY09, the community effort diverted 1,710 tons of recycling materials from going to the incinerator and realized a cost savings of $122,225 in disposal fees.
