Proposed 2025 Tree Policy
The primary goal of the Proposed Tree Policy is to preserve Town trees.
The Proposed Tree Policy focuses on two measures that have proven effective throughout the Commonwealth:
- Enforce State Law to preserve Public Shade Trees
- Establish meaningful costs and penalties for removing a Town Tree or Public Shade Tree
