All Body Art Permits have specific requirements that need to be met prior to application approval. These requirements are found in the Bedford Board of Health Body Art Regulations (PDF).
All Body Art Permits expire on December 31. Renewal notices are sent in November to the Body Art Establishment for all practitioners and establishments.

Body Art Practitioner Permit Application (PDF) Fee: $150.00
All applications require a Workers Compensation Affidavit (PDF).
All permit applications require 14 business days to process.
