The public hearing on a special permit application for a Planned Residential Development at 229, 251A and 251F Old Billerica Road is currently set to continue on November 22 at 7:00pm on Zoom. The developer has been working on responses to questions raised at the first public hearing session, held on September 13.
The public hearing on a Zoning Bylaw amendment relating to two-family dwellings will continue on December 13 at 7:00pm on Zoom. The Planning Board hopes to bring the amendment (with or without revisions) to the Annual Town Meeting in March, 2023.
Meeting access details will be included on the Planning Board agendas which will be posted at least 48 hours before the meetings.
