We are pleased to release the Town of Bedford Restaurant Temporary Outdoor Dining procedure including application, plans, and guidance to open temporary expanded outdoor dining. Please read the below pdf for guidance and application materials carefully.

Before you submit your application by email, did you?

  • Attach the property owner’s approval letter for your proposal
  • Attach a detailed plan showing all the required elements
  • Fill out the application in full and attach
  • Fill out and sign the Outdoor Dining COVID-19 Safety Protocol Plan and attach
  • Fill out and sign the Outdoor Dining COVID-19 Safety Protocol Affidavit and attach
