Action Memorandum, Site 3 Time Critical Removal Action
NAVAL WEAPONS INDUSTRIAL RESERVE PLANT
BEDFORD, MASSACHUSETTS
The United States Navy (Navy) is providing notice regarding the implementation of a Time Critical Removal Action (TCRA) at Naval Weapons Industrial Reserve Plant (NWIRP) Bedford, for the Environmental Restoration Program (ERP) Site 3 – Chlorinated Solvent Groundwater Plume, located in Bedford, Massachusetts. The TCRA will treat groundwater in the northeast portion of the property with the installation of a permeable reactive barrier.
