The Bedford Health Department in conjunction with our volunteer nursing team is offering free flu vaccinations on Bedford Day, Saturday September 23, 2023 from 9am-12pm, by appointment. Look for the big white tent behind the yellow Town Center Building!
Flu Vaccinations: Free flu shots will be offered to Bedford residents 8 years of age and older at Bedford Day. Residents under the age of 8 must have previously received a Flu vaccination in the past in order to attend. Pre-registration is required. The Flu and the Hi-Dose Flu vaccines will be available at the Bedford Day Flu Clinic.

Please download the Flu Vaccination Form here: 2023-2024 Flu Registration Form. Please print and bring the form with you to your appointment on Bedford Day.
Please bring your insurance card(s) and completed Flu Vaccination Form(s) to your appointment time. Each person who would like to receive the Flu vaccination must have a completed Flu Vaccination Form. We ask that anyone receiving a vaccination wear clothing that allows for easy access to their arm for vaccine administration. As a reminder, a legally authorized representative (parent or guardian) must be present to give permission or consent for vaccination of someone 17 years of age and younger. Note: Emerson Hospital will not be on site this year to provide screenings. Future vaccination clinics are still being planned and will be announced on the website once scheduled.
