On February 11 the Planning Board opened two public hearings on zoning matters that are being placed on the Warrant for the Annual Town Meeting. One is the Zoning Bylaw Reorganization Project led by the Planning Board and the other is a Citizens' Petition to add 45 Loomis Street to the Multifamily Housing Overlay District. Discussion commenced on both, but the hearings were continued to the Board's next scheduled meeting on February 25 to allow more input and discussion.
