All residents are invited to help shape a vision of Bedford's future. This is the first stage of the process to prepare a new Comprehensive Plan, a policy document covering land use and related matters with a time horizon of 10 years plus. The Planning Board's consultant, JM Goldson, has set up a Project Hub website, with an opinion survey and an interactive map which will be open until January 8, 2026.

The Project Hub also provides some background information, and offers "Meeting-in-a-box" materials for anyone who wants to facilitate a discussion with their friends, neighbors or fellow interest group members.
