The Zoning Bylaw Reorganization Project, led by the Planning Board, has been underway for some time with the help of consultants. The proposed new arrangement of sections was made available previously. A draft of the full reorganized document can now be viewed on the project's webpage, where background information is also supplied. The Use Table and Dimensional Table are proposed to be moved to appendices and are also made available.
Further work on the document is ongoing, with input being given to the consultants by the Planning Board and town staff. Some footnotes refer to such points of attention. Revised drafts will be posted on the webpage, and a public hearing will be held, potentially in February, 2025. The reorganized bylaws will be presented to Town Meeting for approval.
