The Planning Board will hold a public hearing on February 13, 2024, at 7:00pm, remotely on the Zoom platform, into its proposed zoning amendments related to compliance with the state law known as MBTA Communities (Section 3A of the Zoning Act which is MGL Chapter 40A). The amendments comprise a new Multifamily Housing Overlay District which will form part of the Zoning Map and changes to the text of the Zoning Bylaw. The hearing may be continued for further discussion at a second session on February 27. The Board is aiming to present the amendments for a vote at the 2024 Annual Town Meeting on March 25.
